Online short movie festival on Post-Soviet Union area. Representing the similarity between countries which still have a connection besides ages of independence during the last time. These countries have personal strong features of culture, but still they have the trace of Soviet structure. Union which was balanced by positive and negative sides, which has the reflexion and is noticeable nowadays. Our point is to represent this cultural background from inside to outside world. To ruin the stereotypes and start to discuss common problems in personalised way. The project is based on the association of soviet republics and particular points as the units which builded Soviet Union, as well as the circle was the symbol of it.

 

Main criterias of the festival:
• Duration: from 5 sec till 120 sec
• Silent film, sound means of expression may be sounds, music, etc
• The film should be presented in high quality resolution
• Means of expression, the scenario and design totally dependent on the choice of
the author
• It is not allowed to use elements of advertising in film
• Age of participants is not limited
